Hey there gardener! My name is Lydia and I’m the creator of OwnTheGarden. I’ve been gardening my whole life, ever since I was 2 years old! Each morning, my father would take me to his garden and spend a couple of hours there. He would make sure each plant in the garden is healthy and pest-free.
As I got older, he would teach me everything about gardening. Now that I’m in my retirement with a lot of free time, I’m teaching my grandkids and passing the knowledge on to them, and everyone else who reads this blog.
So if I’m not in the garden, I’m usually on here writing and sharing my tips and tricks on how to have a perfect garden!
